8. Filename Generation Rules
- The Proposed Filename shall start with an uppercase letter and contain only letters, numbers, spaces, and hyphens.
- The Proposed Filename shall always exclude stop‑words such as “the”, “a”, “an”, “and”.
- The Proposed Filename shall be ≤ 60 characters long, excluding the original extension.
- The Proposed Filename shall never duplicate within the same batch; a numeric suffix “ (2)” shall be appended when collisions occur.
- The Proposed Filename shall always include at least one token derived from the AI Vision Descriptor.
- The Proposed Filename shall always include at least one token derived from the user’s original Keyword Set.
